These are the Top Five Regrets of The Dying as reported by Bronnie Ware in her amazing book of the same name. This was my inspiration for starting this program, because these are not only the regrets of the dying, but the regrets of the right here right now.
We know we want to make changes, we know we’re not happy but we don’t necessarily know where to start.
About the Programme
This six week online group coaching programme is about amazing women making changes to their lives in a safe space, and all going on a journey together. Hearing the other women in the group state their soul inspired intentions, work through mental blocks, tackle emotional mountains and limiting beliefs and then everyone holding space for you to do the same is something absolutely bloody magical.
If you think you’re alone on this journey, or alone in your doubts and fears, this is the space to fully understand that is not the case, and to feel part of something truly powerful.
The purpose of this group coaching programme is to remember that your happiness matters and to carve out a life that supports this.
For you this could mean reconnecting to yourself, rediscovering who you are and what you want, making changes in your business, in your life, creating boundaries, discovering powerful self care, whatever it means for you to reclaim your happiness.
All too often I hear and see women putting their own happiness and needs at the bottom of the pile and thinking that’s ok – and actually expected, even though inside you know you need to be prioritising yourself or at the very least taking more care of yourself. It’s an absolute bloody travesty because not honouring your happiness and your needs means you’re not shining your light as brightly as it could be, and you’re not living your life as fully as you want to be.
Don’t continue to resonate with these five regrets, it’s time to do something about it.
