I work with people who want to make a serious, sustained change in the quality of their lives. 

We’ll start by really understanding why you’ve come to see me, what your physical, mental, energetic and emotional situation is, what your external situation is with your work, money, health, family, friends and anything else impacting you at the moment and agree on some goals that we can keep coming back to in order to make sure we’re heading to where you want to be. 

The purpose of my work is to support you in connecting with who you are, where you are now,  what you want and how to get there on a physical, energetic, emotional and mental level.
Our work together is truly holistic; looking at each area of your life, your current symptoms, health, relationships, work, family, environment and anything else that emerges. 

I work one on one with women mainly face to face in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex but also offer coaching and distance energy therapy online to women around the world.

Each session will be what you need it to be at that time; it may be a full coaching session, a full body therapy session or a blend of the two. I’ve had – and continue to have, extensive training in my field and I draw on this knowledge as well as my 20 years’ experience of body based work to ensure I’m meeting you where you need to be at that moment. Frequency of sessions depends on the individual but usually start at once a week or every other week for around six sessions then reduce to every three to four weeks and continue to space out depending on how we feel you’re progressing over a period of six to 12 months
