The Services I Provide Are:
- Coaching sessions – pure talking! Taking time to verbally process your situation. We will agree action points at the end of each appointment so you know what you’re focusing on in between sessions
- Holistic Therapy – Reiki, energy healing, Reflexology, sound therapy, crystal therapy, Breathwork, Somatic practices, Aromatherapy, Massage and intuitive body work
- Combination sessions – the most popular choice for most of my clients as these give the best of both worlds and are really flexible to your needs; one session may be half talking half healing, another may be full talking and the next may be full healing – the session meets you as you are in that moment
The purpose of my work is to support you in connecting with who you are, where you are now, what you want and how to get there on a physical, energetic, emotional and mental level.

You can absolutely book in for any session on an ‘as and when needed’ basis, but I thought it may be helpful to share how I tend to work with people:
One combination session every week for eight weeks. During this phase we’re working through your current situation, agreeing on action points to move you forward, exploring past situations that continue to influence you, setting boundaries, getting clarity on what you want and need, identifying and releasing main areas of stress from the body.
A 90 minute combination session every other week for three months. Now you’ve moved out of the ‘final straw’ place people are usually in when they first contact me, we start going deeper into healing your nervous system, connecting to your intuition, growing your self-confidence and agreeing long term energy management strategies and mind management techniques to help you keep moving to where you want to be.
A 60 minute combination session once a month for six months. This is where people tend to be feeling fucking fabulous and think they’re ready to stop the sessions – there’s no judgement here as I would definitely also be one of those people!!! But from experience this is where we really need to start bedding things in. The monthly maintenance sessions in this stage are where you start to settle down into your new way of being; discussing real life situations that have happened between sessions and how you want to tackle them, times you’ve been triggered, things you’ve been proud of, and space to keep healing the body and re-balancing your energy.
After this, people tend to continue with combination, coaching or holistic therapy sessions either once a month, every 6-8 weeks, quarterly, or may no longer need sessions at all; it depends on needs and personal situations.
You may be thinking, ‘eeeer, I want to be ‘fixed’ within three months, not twelve!’ And you absolutely will experience a huge shift within the first three months – that’s the part you’re still really excited and determined with the process because you can still remember how crap you felt when you first contacted me – but as humans we can forget quickly!
Most people I work with are trying to change a lifetime of unhealthy stress coping techniques, suppression, people pleasing and trauma responses so be kind and understanding with yourself – it’s not a linear journey and it will take time to keep pulling yourself back from those automatic learned responses which is why I recommend the continued support to ensure long term change.
As I have said, each person is different and this is not set in stone but it gives you an idea of how this process tends to work. When we have our first session we will discuss how we will go forward at a pace that works for you.
